My order cost $44.10. I did not use the tile so I needed to return the tile. The restocking fee is 15% of the total $6.61. Leaving me with a total credit of $37.49 back to my method of payment. It would cost around $57 for me to ship this product back which is nearly 30% more than what I paid for the actual product. Do not fall for this company’s shipping and return policies. It is theft. This is why consumers do not purchase from small businesses and steer towards larger names. I will be keeping the product and recycling it as I would never keep a product that I received from a company who scams their customers.
