I ordered a bracelet for my granddaughter Demi but when it arrived it said Remi..i emailed them & they got right back to me sent me a free shipping label & sent me a new bracelet so fast i didnt even have to wait for them to get the first one. I love good reviews but i also love to read how a company takes care of a mistake & this company is 5stars for sure.. i WILL order again!! Oh & the bracelet is ADORABLE & made so well!!! Xox

I’ve been ordering these bracelets for a long time for myself and my family and friends. I am a huge fan of the bracelets, however, this most recent purchase included 4 bracelets and 2 of them arrived broken. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Customer service instructed me to mail them back and only once they are received will they fix the bracelets and mail them back to me. Now I won’t have the bracelets in time for Christmas :(. Just doesn’t seem like great customer service for a frequent customer and when it wasn’t my fault the bracelets arrived broken.

I bought 3 different bracelets in 3 different sizes and love them all! They fit my daughter's great and my mother! Will definetely buy again!
