Great Service..

Fed Ex apparently delivered the rug to the wrong apartment building. Quick work on the part of the Citizenry staff saved the day. The rug arrived on Christmas Eve and the rug itself (present to our granddaughter) has been declared perfect.

Beautiful rug

Exactly what I was looking for, what was described and even prettier in person. I’m only buying rugs from citizenry moving forward - the rug industry is a dirty one and they are the only company I could find offering high quality, sustainably made pieces.

Calming Colors and Design

Love the calming, neutral design of this rug. I appreciate the quality construction and durable materials which I hope will endure foot traffic. Not a soft and cushy rug, but one of high quality and craftsmanship. I appreciate how this rug doesn't have a pile that would eventually get crushed down and show "cow paths" over time. Still a few creases from packaging after laying out for 2-3 weeks. Might try some gentle steaming.
