M54 California Lager Mangrove Jack's Yeast

Great steam ale.

I’ve always use liquid Californian lager yeast in the past and I thought I’d give this a crack. It’s everywhere as good as what I’ve used but with the ease of a dry yeast. Very stoked and definitely recommended.

Great yeast to use at higher temps (ale temp). Activity started 12hrs in.
