It is a real treat to have the F-4 Phantom Rivet Flag t-shirt! I was lucky enough to fly the F-4 for 20 years as an USAF fighter pilot and log over 4,350 hours in the Phantom II. I chose the red t-shirt because red was the 614th TFS "Lucky Devils" unit color displayed on the aircraft tail flash. I had the pleasure to have served as the squadron operations officer and squadron commander for the unit when it was assigned to Torrejon AB, Madrid, Spain.
