great product service a little off

first shipment didn't have everything i ordered, then next shipment came in and was missing a box of parts they said they shipped but wasn't in the package. then shipped me the package and missed the button ignitor and i'm still waiting on it. get your ship together. and check list it. best product on the market from my research and i am very happy with the product.
