Womens Everyday UV Protection Sun Hat

Very disappointing experience. While the product itself is fine, it took the company more than a week to ship the package, and they have no functioning customer service to field order inquiries. The beige hat arrived filthy and is permanently stained. It’s a shame because I want to support retailers outside of Amazon, but this company clearly does not care about its customers.

The loop holding the chin strap broke the third time i used this hat. It is so flimsy that i am surprised it didnt break even sooner. The hat is useless to me without the strap as windy days here are not uncommon.
