I get that mystery boxes are final sale—it says so on the product page. I still reached out hoping to swap the size, and that’s where it went sideways. Their email basically said: “No returns/exchanges, we give you a size guide for a reason.” Then: “You’re the first person to ask, so we can make an exception… but we’ll charge $7.95 shipping.” I understand a restocking or shipping fee, but the wording felt cold and a little condescending (“first person to ask” really landed wrong). It read more like “we’re doing you a favor” than “let’s fix this for you.” If you’re okay with a strict no‑exchange policy, go for it. Just know the customer service side can feel pretty transactional if you need help.

Absolutely a 10/10 the amount that I recieved in comparison that i spent was unbelievable and I cannot recommend this enough, will without a doubt buy the next one that drops
