Great belt. Even better customer service

Just got this belt a few days ago, and already it has become one of my favourites. It is a medium-thickness belt, so works well with both rugged denim and more refined attire. I got the one in London Tan, and it looks absolutely gorgeous against blue denim. I have a 32.5" waist, and the 33 size in the belt was a good fit. My first order was unfortunately lost in shipping, but Olivia, who owns this company, pre-emptively contacted the shipper, and before they were able to resolve this issue on their end, sent out a replacement belt to me. So five stars for the product, and five for the customer service as well. Highly recommended!
