Modular System Works Great!

I bought my Dually in March and this is the second time I have been in this situation: no elevator. We have one older apartment community that we clean regularly and the modular system of the Dually and Rocket Booster has made lugging an extractor up the stairs a thing of the past. I have added a battery power lift to my van, so I never have to lift any of my extractors. Thanks TMF for making systems that work for all carpet cleaning companies' models!

Great way into the industry

I used the TMF Dually for about a year before I upgraded to a Truck Mount. This was an amazing machine to learn and get into the industry. You really have to take the proper steps to ensure the best results. This taught me to not skip ANY steps- every one is important: (pre vacuum, pre spot, Pre Sprey, CRB, HWE, groom, etc..) Because I started with this machine, I never skipped any important steps (or learned any bad/ lazy habits) and acquired amazing results! With this machine, I out-shined my competitors in my town that have been in business for decades. I did pair it with a booster which made a huge difference and I think is a must. I did not offer tile and grout cleaning with this machine (though I am sure it may be capable) because if I can't provide the absolute best results, I won't offer it as a service. so be weary of it's capability of true tile and grout cleaning. The front wheels gave out but TMF has excellent customer service and had new wheels shipped to my house in just a couple days. With that all said, I still give this machine 5 stars. I look forward to using it in my shop when I (Lord willing) offer car detailing in the near future. Great job TMF with the Dually. Great machine and I wouldn't change a thing about my purchase. Got me in the the industry and am now kicking butt!
