The California Shirt in Breaker Gingham

won't fit shorter guys

I am 5'6" and 143#. I bought the Small, and the fit was great-- except for the length. Now, I am used to having my button-ups hemmed, of course. But the button spacing for this shirt puts the lowest button right where I would need it hemmed-- so a no go. And a note about the fabric. The appearance is that of crepe or seersucker. But it is weighty fabric. Not a problem, just a head tilter. All that said, it is a luxurious and beautiful fabric, with tons of eye appeal. I really wish the fit could have worked for me.
