I didn’t think I’d be writing a review like this. I’ve always been happy with the quality and colour of the extensions I’ve ordered from Bombay, but my recent experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. The seams on the 2-piece wefts I received have visible orange colouring on them. I wouldn’t have noticed this until opening the extensions, and because I have blonde hair, the orange will be very noticeable when I wear them. When I contacted customer service, I was initially told replacements would be sent. However, they later changed their mind and said it wasn’t considered a defect. It’s frustrating to have a quality issue that can’t be identified without opening the product, only to have the promised solution taken away. I’ve always liked Bombay’s products, so this experience has been disappointing.
