It says a link was sent but I nevered received what I ordered. And now I don’t have what I paid $25 for. Please I’ve emailed and sent emails and emails and I’ve been ignored. I’m thinking this product just sucks. Thanks.

Unable to open the documents to print and customer care hasn't even responded to any of the multiple emails sent.

Ordered this bundle, in July, with other stuff added and never received anything. I was really excited to use it with my daughter this summer.
