I recently purchased a pair of glasses for my 2-year-old niece, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The quality is excellent, they fit her perfectly, and they are both sturdy and adorable - which is exactly what you want for a toddler. What truly sets this company apart, though, is their outstanding customer service. As a small business, they go above and beyond for their customers. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive to my questions, and made sure all of my concerns were addressed promptly. You can genuinely tell they care about their customers and their products. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both a great product and such a personal, thoughtful experience. My daughter has had the heart glasses for 2 years now and they are the best thing in the world! Wearing glasses can be such a challenge for little kids that having fun, cute options is so helpful! She loves her glasses and people compliment her on them everywhere she goes and it really helps with the confidence. She is 5 and the bendable glasses are so good especially with a toddler in the home. I recommend them to everyone!
