This Blue Note release is extremely important as it gives the listener a sense of what those special sessions at the Village Vanguard were like. It’s a bit of Jazz history from the master brought right into your living room. With a reveling system the recording really shines. It’s an amazing pressing, dead quiet and very true to the original master tapes. As a three record set, beautifully packaged including a lovely booklet it’s a true bargain and will provide you many hours of listening pleasure that only vinyl of this quality can deliver. Buy and enjoy!
