Dog Quick Release Scrag Tag Collar

Great quality and its pretty! I found it didn’t go as small as described so maybe I missed that the measurement doesn’t include the hardware. It was also really hard to tighten, but I got there! I’m still using it as I do really like it, its just a bit looser than I’d prefer.
