Poor sewing quality

I love the look and feel of this shirt, but the second time I washed it a huge amount of the bottom hem just came out. There was about 18 inches of zigzagged thread just hanging and part of the bottom hem is now loose. I never put it in the dryer. Very disappointed in the quality of this one.
