Best of both worlds
I love my dog tag style med alert. It not only gives my emergency contact person and the information needed to contact them but it also gives a QR code needed to open up my ongoing healthcare file. Like I said, it’s the best of worlds.

Decent but. .
The tag is nice. . mine didn't come with the chain. The company did send the missing chain. But problem with that was their chains are very, very long. Wish there was a option to pick the size length of which chain you get. I had to search, search and search for a good length black one on Amazon. Nonetheless I appreciate the company sending one regardless. But I hope they do offer a option to pick out a size length for the necklaces. Also get other options for necklaces.
