Lost in Emptiness

First, let me say the final piece is truly gorgeous. Quality of the painting and framing looks great. The score I gave represents the extreme challenge we had getting the painting done correctly. Ordered in Feb and didn’t get it until July. When the artist considers it done, they send us pictures of it for us to approve, but there was always something wrong (multiple things, typically). We just wanted it close to the photo online, understanding it isn’t meant to be identical. The problems were considerable and the 7 iterations of “please fix these issues” tested our patience. But after nearly 6 months it arrived and it looks like we hoped. I suggest you request a PNG image file for proofing rather than the typical JPG they send. The JPG files are compressed so much you lose all the detail. PNG has no loss of quality so it’s a much better representation of what you will get. This is how we got across the finish line.

This piece of art arrived extremely well packaged and in excellent condition. It is exactly what I hoped to receive and I’m very happy I bought it. I was a little skeptical about buying it because I was not familiar with Artinoor and only discovered them through Instagram. Those concerns were put to rest. They were very professional and provided updates as the piece was being made. They even sent me a video they made of the piece so I could approve it before it went through the framing process. I’ll buy more of their art for sure.

It was love at first sight. I knew I had to have this painting. Fortunately we were relocating to a new home so I was able to design around my painting and the room is just falling beautifully into place. From ordering to receiving, was a smooth process. And I must say there are very, very, few companies that have the level of outstanding customer service that I received from Artinmoor. So glad I found this company on-line.
