I ordered a signed copy of this incredible album & instead received a warped UNSIGNED regular copy. I emailed customer service two weeks ago & have yet to receive a response. The signed version is $70 more than the regular. To have paid $100 for a signed copy, only for it to arrive unsigned & warped feels like a slap in the face. Having not heard a response from customer service is extremely unprofessional. I would be happy to change this review to 5 stars upon being offered quality customer service.
