Seems helpful
I have only been using these for a month, so I haven’t noticed much difference. I’m sure consistency is key. At first I was getting super nauseous after taking, but then I read the advice to split the dose and it’s better. The taste is fine and I don’t mind the smell. I will review again after taking them longer.

Good product
This is a good multi vitamin! I definitely have more energy than I did before I started it. I can’t take it on an empty stomach or it will make me nauseous. But that’s not a big deal I just take it with my breakfast. I am pleased with the product!
