I ordered a handle and it was never delivered. I wrote to Frost Buddy and explained the situation. Frost Buddy understood the problem and sent out another handle, which I received the today. Customer Service was very helpful and I went to thank you.

Nicely made and convenient to use especially since I have several To Go Buddy’s. I can just slip it on whichever one I choose to use for the day and makes carrying it easier.

Love my new Watermelon Cup and I bought the black handle to go with it! I used it e every day keeps drink cold from time i go to bed until 7hrs later! Love it!!
