College gift for my daughter

I also included this item in my off to college gift for my daughter to have, as she is a freshman and all throughout her life, I have reminded her to breathe / pause when feeling anxious. ( myself too!) She is not a big jewelry person, but loves the simplicity of this ring. I didn't know her size, but, it is adjustable which is perfect.
