I previously ordered some boiled wool, the parcel came quickly just as I was going away, I only opened the parcel enough to see it was what I ordered. (Which is was) When I came home again and fully opened my parcel to my surprise there were 2 coordinating fabric samples labelled and a tape measure. One of the samples was exactly what I’d been looking for so once again ordered and parcel arrived within a few days, really pleased with quality and service.
