Jack & Jill Blazer

The blazer is very nice! we chose the jackets for our chapter attire. I initially ordered a larger size. Once I received it . I notice the jacket does run a little big. I initially had some complications but once I emailed and notify the company, they did accept the return because it was not monogrammed with a personalization. Initially, when I was going directly to the site and not reaching out directly to customer service, I receive the notification that they could not accept the return, but that was an error.. I return the blazer and immediately the replacement was processed and I received it in time for my chapter photo. Thank you for the customer service. High quality, heavy weight fabric. Beautiful Navy blue color. The cut is very gender neutral so tailoring will be necessary soften some of the lines and make it look fabulous on my curvaceous body. I am grateful for the extended size range that is available. Comes with a few extra buttons in case one is lost. The lapels are quite wide and partly obscure the embroidered JnJ logo on the front of the blazer. My order was shipped quickly and arrived when promised. Be sure to allow enough time to use your steamer to remove the shipping wrinkles as it comes folded flat in a plastic bag. I was surprised at how persistent the fold lines were and how much steam it took to release them. All in all, very well made, substantial weight and I expect it will last a long time.
