Kitly Calm

I ordered Kitly Pet and received an entirely different product. At no point was I notified requesting my approval of this substitute product. I contacted customer service and they said I could return the product at my expense. I refused since it was their mistake. They then said they would grant this one time request of a return label. I emailed asking for status of return label and was informed that they would refund and I could do with the substitute what I wanted. It’s not that customer service totally ignored me but it did feel like they just wanted me to accept the substitute no questions asked. Substitute wasn’t even produced by Kitly Cat.😥

It looks nothing like this product and doesn't even have that name on it, the bottle just says melatonin. It was expensive and took forever to get here and doesn't even seem legit. Definitely not trusting it so not even giving it to my cats.
