My John Wick Minifig arrived quickly, unfortunately there was a slight paint blemish. The figure was awesome otherwise so I contacted customer service to inform them of the situation. Within minutes I had a replacement shipping notification and an email letting me know that the figure wouldn't ship out until Jan 2nd. I appreciate the excellent response and wouldn't hesitate to be a repeat customer.
