An incredibly disorganized and disingenuous company. My order was delayed by a full month with zero proactive communication — I had to chase them repeatedly for updates. When I tried to cancel, they offered a $125 refund but never issued it, claiming I hadn’t “formally accepted” their offer. The logistics partner they use (where they conveniently wash their hands of all responsibility) failed to show up for delivery on two consecutive days within the scheduled window. This forced me to cancel appointments and lose a full day of work, and again I had to chase them myself. When the table finally arrived, it was damaged. Their response? A $100 refund. LOL! Do not purchase from them. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and not worth the hassle.
