Shipping was fairly quick… However when the units conveyor belt came off and it started breaking all the figures - I quickly stopped the Lemax and tried to make contact with House of Holiday. Voice mail full - dead end. Got only their email and sent them a detailed issue report… still today - no reply. IS ANYONE THERE???!
