I wear these for the occasional bladder leak when I cough. They fit beautifully except for the waist which is a bit tight. I don't dare get a bigger size because I don't want them to be loose. I like well enough that I will order more.

I use these for everyday wear under clothes when I'm out. It's perfect for sweat and normal discharge. Keeps you feeling clean, dry, and smelling good. They do ride up a bit, but less than others, I've never had a seamless that hasn't rode up some.
