Exemplary customer service …. And great yarn!

This yarn is just wonderful, so soft and cosy. The pattern is straight forward and well written. The customer service is amazing, an email was all that was needed to divert my order to Kent, rather than New Zealand which I had entered in error. Altogether a very satisfactory experience which I shall happily repeat.
