I have always hated regular cookbooks because I was always having to find cleaver ways to try to keep it open on the page I was referencing. But these spiral cookbooks make life in the kitchen so much easier. They actually fit in my book stand without the need for gem clips to keep it on my page. Worth EVERY penny.
