I found this seller through an advertisement on instagram. Finding some nice designs, i placed an order with them on July 9, 2026. The estimated delivery date fell on a weekend where i would be out of town, so i requested they leave my order on hold for a few days and have it delivered when i was able to receive it. After taking the order off of hold, it took over a month to receive any further shipping updates. On August 15, my order status finally updated to “shipped”. I thought that all was well and good after that, but then the amazon delivery driver that carried my package, left it on my front doorstep without ringing my doorbell. When i checked over three hours later, the package was gone. The lack of care from this brand to ensure each package is take care of individually is severely dissapointing. I will update when i receive a response to my email requesting a full refund.
