Great customer service, talked with me extensively while I decided what design I wanted, how it would look and the cost. I landed on a simple design and they waved the design fee for me since there would be minimal effort on there part to edit my image for engraving. They said 2-3 weeks before it was shipped which was reasonable given the custom nature of the work. I had the product in my hand fully finished, mailed and delivered within a week if ordering and it looks better than I imagined. Highly recommend and will definitely work with them in the future if I want more engraved items for my jeep!
