Valeria'S Boutique Turquoise Tall Western Boots

Love the boots but very poor customer service. I loved the boots themselves but they didn't fit my calves even with ne getting a size bigger. I emailed and messaged on Instagram to either get suggestions on how to work the leather to help them fit or to get a refund and they took forever to answer and was given a very vague message to mail the boots back with no discussion of my other concerns or a refund.
