Hydration Electrolyte Powder

I recently received my first order of the Hydration Electrolyte Powder. This summer I have been using Gatorade or Body Armor electrolyte drinks but all the while concerned about the ingredients. When I learned that Healthy Bones Co had this product, I decided I would get this so I could stop having to wonder what I am putting in my body. I like the taste of the raspberry lemonade, using monk fruit as a sweetener. I have only started taking it for the last few days.
