Dried Slab Apricots

The slab apricots are absolutely delicious!

The slab apricots are delicious. This year there are more pieces that are small... but still very tasty! I've been ordering every other year?for the last 6 years. Gotta get my supply cause once they sell out you have to wait till the next season!

I grew up in an area where during the summer we “cut cots” for summer money. That was 1960’s. They still taste the same.

Their taste is wonderful with just the right sweetness. The price is reasonable. I don’t understand the difference in the curing process between California dried and Turkish apricots. Turkish gives me terrible diarrhea and California style do not. The ingredient lists look the same but my results are not.
