The quality of the leather booklets themselves was excellent, and we were very happy with the final product. However, the lack of communication from the team throughout the process was extremely frustrating. I placed my order on 3/26 and was later notified that the leather was out of stock and had to be reordered before production could begin. I followed up multiple times for updates and was repeatedly told, “Please let me check the status of your menu covers with the production team, and I’ll get back to you shortly,” but there was rarely any actual follow-up provided. It ultimately took over a month for the order to be completed and shipped. On 4/22, I was told the order “will ship by the end of this week, or Monday at the latest.” After nothing arrived that Monday, I followed up again on Tuesday, 4/28, and was provided with a tracking number and told the menus would ship that same day. However, the tracking showed no movement for two days and only indicated that a label had been created and the carrier was still awaiting the package. This gave the impression that the label may have been created simply to buy more time rather than clearly communicating that the order was not yet ready. I followed up twice during this period and received no response until Thursday, 4/30, when I was finally informed that the booklets had shipped. They arrived on Tuesday, 5/5. As a reminder, the order was originally placed on 3/26. According to the company’s website, production should take “1–5 business days for order preparation, plus 2–3 days for shipping.” The lack of proactive communication was incredibly disappointing, especially since these menus were for a wedding and did not arrive in time for our event, forcing us to make last-minute alternative arrangements. While the final product was beautiful, the overall experience was stressful and frustrating, and I truly wish there had been more transparency and accountability throughout the process.
