Organic Cotton Rectangular Bolster - Filled with Spelt or Kapok

We use these bolsters in my Pilates class - they are so supportive and hard wearing that I decided I should have one of my own at home too. Very glad I did - it’s a ‘forever’ item!

I am very pleased with this bolster which arrived very promptly. I have recently been diagnosed osteoporosis in my spine so should no longer use foam rollers. This roller is supportive of the spine while gently stretching which is perfect. Being able to adjust by removing some of the spelt filling is also good. Love the colour too.
