Organic Cotton Rectangular Bolster - Filled with Spelt or Kapok

Love, love, love! I couldn’t be happier with this bolster. This is my first yoga bolster, having made do with pillows for years, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. However, the quality is fantastic. It’s incredibly supportive, grounding, and comfortable, and it has made such a difference to both my comfort and my enjoyment of practice. It’s quite heavy, but I actually think that adds to the wonderfully grounding feeling. I also love that it’s made from natural materials. Honestly, I’m a little bit in love with it! I now find myself looking forward to my yin yoga sessions just so I can use it. If you’ve been considering buying a proper bolster instead of making do with pillows, I can wholeheartedly recommend this one. (Spelt filling, rectangular)
