Incredible product! Very well make and packaged for shipping. Product is very high end and an excellent value. This FFS pole does everything I need it to do! And any questions I have had were quickly answered by knowledgeable folks at HD. This is a slam dunk guys!

I bought the pole, shuttle, and shuttle bag. Works well and fits well, dislike that the battery box only fits select batteries that are $350+ to run the unit for any decent length of time.
