Probably ok for very skinny guys. Button pulled out of the waist band

Very narrow through the calf - normal walking causes them to ride up and bunch just below my knee. The snap button closure at the waist doesn't stay closed (why a snap instead of a normal button hole?) and part of the snap pulled out of the material so I now have no closure on the waist band. The waist is not particularly tight - it just unsnaps when I sit or move around at all. The materials seem to be of fair to good quality, but I won't get a chance to see how hardy they are - I can't wear these pants. Disappointed in the purchase and unable to return them. The first email instructs you to wear them a few times to break in. I've worn them once and I'm already outside my return window, apparently.
