Death & Co Artisan Mixing Glass

I end up buying a good amount of bar equipment for my own work use BUT you guys crushed it on this one. I waited a while for the death and Company mixing glass. Super excited about it and after eight weeks, I found the crack in the bottom. When I looked at the phone number, it connected me through Google to an actual person. Matua i think. Within 15 minutes, he had a two day shipped replacement glass sent out for me. So much of the world sucks these days and this is the best customer service I have experienced and honestly, I can’t remember a time I had better service. From the trenches of the beverage world it was nice to be taken care of. I’ll feel really good about ordering gear from you guys forever. 🤘♥️
