After finding out that we as a culture in the Midwest have no custard, he was flabbergasted. Whether it was in a can or powdered, no custard in sight. This is where this website came in. He was so shocked when I handed him the can. Very happy to have his custard back.

I ordered this because i was making a new recipe which requires custard powder. I’ve never heard of this previously, and this was the highest rated one upon doing my research. It was $5.95 + ~$8 of shipping and taxes totaling $14.46. Since this isnt something i can find locally, i didn’t mind the shipping. Shipping was fast and everything went smoothly. Upon opening the package, i found a packing slip indicating which “lot” this specific can came from. I saw three dates, 2/26/2026, 6/30/2026, and 10/31/2026 and a check mark next to the 2/26/2026 one. To my suprise, this is the expiration date of each lot. I found myself realizing that this particular can of custard powder will only be fresh for another three months as opposed to almost a full year like the other two “lots”. I understand running a business and inventory needs, however I’m disappointed that i paid double for a product that is near its expiration date.
