Ordered. UPS tracking number sent. Shipping label created but ended there. Called customer service. No one answered. Left a message detailing product and order number. Emailed. No response. Total silence. Never experienced anything like this in online ordering. Calling credit card company to charge back.

It's okay. I have thin hair and it really didn't keep curl or volume. But I can't say enough about the shampoo and conditioner it's great.
