It is the most delicious honey! I didn’t realize that honey doesn’t always sting your mouth. I guess the honey I usually eat is a wildflower variety. So, I'm not allergic to sourwood!😅😅😅 This was the first smooth honey I have ever eaten since it doesn’t burn my whole mouth.
