Mckinlays x Commonplace Anderson Slip On - Brown

Bought these after I saw a friend wearing them and they have been so easy to wear and style. Very comfortable from first wear, and I’m still breaking in the back rim. I ordered mine after measuring my foot, and that was a good idea as they run the teensiest bit long. The leather is lovely and rich in colour, and has been weathering the Melbourne rain excellently. They’re a little bit heavy due to the sole, but I’m happy to stomp if it means I won’t be struggling with slipping everywhere!

Great shoes! Incredibly well made and comfortable. The leather is stiff at first but softens with a few wears. I’m a 38 and followed the guidance of other reviews and sized up to a 39 so I could wear them with chunky socks through winter. Seriously considering purchasing in other colours I love them so much!

Straight out of the box: perfection. They’re exactly the colour I was expecting and hoping for, they’re incredibly well made and good quality shoes. I sized up (usually size 38, went for 39), and have quite high arches. Initially they were quite tight at the top of my arch. But after a couple good days of wearing them in, which is slightly painful but of course worth it, they now fit perfectly. I couldn’t recommend more.
