Product received, but didn’t get email confirming order or any shipping updates. I did call from phone number provided through PayPal and reached a real person. I was advised to call on a different day, but then received notice from my shipping app that tape was on its way so all good. Tape is perfect for what I wanted. I have a special needs child who needs steps outlined, don’t want permanent application so this works perfect and can be replaced easily if needed. Thank you!
