Shipping took about 3 months. Since I live in Calgary, Canada, I find the long shipping time extremely disappointing. Additionally, the box my bag came in was damaged and not handled with care. I get that this is not the fault of resurgence itself, but rather I hope that in the future they choose a much more reliable shipping company. My eta had been changed 3 times, and an additional 2 times with the shipping company. Honestly at that point I’d rather just pay extra for express shipping in the first place.
The bag itself is okay, it’s just like the reference picture given. The only thing that is preventing me from wanting to repurchase from resurgence is the bad experience I had in terms of product arrival. I hope this gets sorted out in the future.

Very cute and everything i wanted and more! It is super spacious and good quality, it even came in a dust bag! The bag took a bit longer to get here due to tariffs but they were amazing at communicating with me 🫶

Came in perfect condtion. The bag was high quality and I recieved a freebie. Even though the package was late due to customs, they communicated well with me so I had no issues.
