Absolutely love this bag!!
The ordering process was so smooth and easy, it arrived in 2 weeks beautifully boxed and with a bag sleeve. The bag is the perfect sized, resting just by your elbow with plenty of space. Pretty spacious but larger items and books will fit awkwardly. Overall it’s such a well made bag, no weird smells and has held up very well over use. Will deffo be getting the black version too!!

Shipping took about 3 months. Since I live in Calgary, Canada, I find the long shipping time extremely disappointing. Additionally, the box my bag came in was damaged and not handled with care. I get that this is not the fault of resurgence itself, but rather I hope that in the future they choose a much more reliable shipping company. My eta had been changed 3 times, and an additional 2 times with the shipping company. Honestly at that point I’d rather just pay extra for express shipping in the first place.
The bag itself is okay, it’s just like the reference picture given. The only thing that is preventing me from wanting to repurchase from resurgence is the bad experience I had in terms of product arrival. I hope this gets sorted out in the future.
