Was very nervous to purchase this site unseen. Was delivered in about 9 days. Was also worried about support as to how to set up and run the machine. Support was fast with setting up a time for us to do a zoom call. The call went smoothly and they were able to walk us through the entire set up and running of the machine. Also answered any questions we had with ease. I will say that you should have all the handles attached before your zoom to make things so faster. Will not hesitate to purchase from this company again.
